Vertical Lines Over The Image

we have the same problem at teh office. If you dont do the proper shutdown proceedure, the setting with be misconfigured somehow. Wghen this happens. I turn it back on, wait the the zebra lines to come back, then power back off. WAIT about 30 secs beofre you unplug the power from teh outlet. The machine needs to cool the lamp down and if you shut the fans off, then the next u turn it on, it still thinks it needs to cool the lamp down.
