My View Sonic N3751w Tv Will Not Turn On

I expect the problem is being caused by the power supply. Capacitor failure is very common on these supplies. Often just replacing any capacitors in the power supply that are bulging or leaking can correct the problem, but not all defective capacitors will show signs of damage and will need to be tested. This visual may be helpful.
