I Received A Text From Verizon That My Pix Account Has Been Inactive For 150 Day

I received a text from verizon that my pix account has been inactive for 150 days and that I have 30 days to log onto www.vzwpix.com or my content will be deleted. Upon logging into the site it tells me my number is inactive and upon giving instructions to activate my phone pressing 228 and send then prompt 1, the message states my call cannot be completed as dialed. Can someone instruct me what to do?
