Blitz Phone Don't Work
my sixteen month blitz phone does not work, it only comes on when its pluged to the charger, and then it does not stay on

It could be a bad battery. You can try taking the phone to your local Verizon Wireless store and see if they can check the battery for you. You should be able to purchase a replacement there as well. If you purchased an extended warranty you might be able to get the whole phone replaced. Check with your local representatives.
