Hi there,

It is possible that a different handset may give you better reception. I would go into your local Verizon Wireless store and speak with a representative there. Ask them if they can tell you which phones they have the least reception complaints about.

Monday-Sunday 8am-8pm Service can always vary especially inside a building depending on your area. Where I live we have awesome service with any cell phone provider as long as we are outside, but as soon as we go inside the service is intermittent. You can ask a technical support representative if they can do any troubleshooting which may supply you better reception. Good luck!

it's all about the service...not the phone. it's not the phone's problem it is just that you get bad verizon service in your house. only way to fix that is to switch to a new wireless provider
