Voice Mail No Longer Works

Ive had my iphone 4S for a few months, and voice mail used to work, but for the last couple weeks - nothing. If you call my number it just rings then silence. I reviewed my custom greeting and it's fine. Also tried restarting and resetting the network settings, but no luck.
