Getting A New Phone

i have had my phone for 2 months and its my second one already. the first one the power button went out and now this phone drops service all the time and wont let me call anyone while everyone else on the plan still has service. by it trying to find service all day my phone is dead and i have to charge it at least 3 times a day and my phone has the internal battery. so my question is is there anyway i could get a different brand of phone without paying full price?

You probably won't be able to. But since I don't work for Verizon don't take my word as gospel. Take it back to the store you got it from and raise a stink, perhaps they will take care of you if they want to keep you as a customer. You would be better served to call them up at :
