I Dropped My Phone In Water And It Isnt Working, How Can I Switch The Number To

i dropped my phone in the water and it is now not workihg how di i reactivate my old phone immediately with my new number?

You may find this article useful in this regard. These steps may also work:

Log onto verizonwireless.com. Enter you user ID and password on the homepage in the "manage your account" section. If you don't already have a user ID and password you can register under the "My Verizon" tab also located on the homepage.
Click on the "Activate My Phone" link. Once you have logged into your account, look for the "Activate My Phone" link located on the right side of the page under "quick links".
Locate your ESN or MEID and enter where indicated on the page. Your "Electronic Serial Number" (ESN) or "Mobile Equipment Identifier" (MEID) is located on the back of your phone underneath the battery. The ESN shouls be 8 digits or the MEID should be 14 characters.
Wait for your request to be processed. Wait for about 15 minutes for your request to be processed.
Dial *228 from your new phone. After you request has been successfully processed online, turn on your new phone. Dial *228 and select option 1. Once your phone has been activated, you will receive a "successful" notice on your phone. You may now use your new phone!
