How Do I Change An Old Voice Mail In My Cosmos Phone?

A phone number that was previously assigned to someone else in my company has been given to me.I now have a new phone, however it still has her voicemail on it. How do I get into the voicemail when I do not know the old password?

Since you're business customer you will need your "authorized account manager" (typically whoever issues the phones/maintaines the company's account) to call customer service @ 1.800.922.0204. They can reset the voicemail password allowing you to personalize it how you wish.
