Returned Telephone

I am searching for a returned Motorola Droid smart phone that was returned in April or the 1st part of May 2016. It was picked up by FEDEX at Broad River Electric Coop and delivered to Verizon Wireless CRTC Returns,. The phone is in the name of John Hughes. I am being told that the delivery was not made. I have had this same problem in the recent past with the return shipment of a phone. There seems to be a problem somewhere. Any information will be greatly appreciated.
