Can I Get Refunded For Text Messages

I was on line filling out for a walmart give card and it asked for my phone number my phone start going crazy with text messages and has taken most of my prepaid min. i didn't see anything about charges

Unfortunately i don't think there is a such thing as refunds for text messages. Your best bet it to contact verizon and let them know what happened.
