No Show Will Result In Total Loss Of The Ticke

I need to cancel my flight. The travel agent said that I can't do that but in my ticket said that if I should cancel my trip, do so at least 24 hours in advance. May I talk with somebody about my situation ???

You are correct, a no showwill result in the cancellation of the entire flight.

Rather than no-show, you should cancel the flight.

If your flight has not departed and you would like to change your reservation, enter your confirmation number and last name in the space provided at the bottom of this Web page. Then select the Change Flights option. You will be able to review all related costs before finalizing your changes.

For changes made more than a day prior to the flight departure, see Manage Reservations. You will need your confirmation number.

If you booked through your travel agent, you should still have a confirmation number.

If your flight was not eTicketed, call 1-800-864-8331 for assistance. Please be prepared to be on hold for awhile.

Remember a refund will depend upon the type of ticket you originally purchased. For some tickets, there is simply no refund whether you fly or not.
