Uniden Solara Dsc Will No Receice, But Xmits Fine

Radio Has Static & Squelch Works, But No Receive. Antenna Is Ok & Everything Else Seems To Be Ok. I Do Not Have A Schmatic Or Service Manual & Cannot Find One. Any Help Would Be Appreciated
