I Was Deleting Some Numbers Out Of My Exi7926 And When I Tried To Copy The Phone

When I deleted phone numbers to transfer them to other phone it completely shut down. We can't use either phone. No dial tone or calling out. Phone rings but can't answer it. I feel I know a lot about these phones and don't want any other kind. They're the best on the market but hard to find in stores
