Uniden Multiple Handset Phone With Answering Machine That Keeps Blinking 88
I have a uniden D1484-3 phone that is several months old. Out the blue, my answering machine now blinks 88 and 8 and handsets are not charging...continuously searching

I had this issue and called Uniden customer service. th base flashing 88 is a "fatal flaw" and the base can't communicate with the headset. Can't be fixed. The cust service rep asked for my model information and a bunch of serial numbers and could tell from that info that my phone was still underwarranty and they are shipping me a replacement.
