When Do I Get An Answer To My ? Re The $5 Cancelfee Driver Josh Chgd 2 My C.c

I have written 3 times all I get is the question about how I rate the person sending me a "supposed" answer. As of this communication, the rating which has not been very good thus far, is on a downward spiral. I would like have an answer,which I feel I deserve. I also felt that I deserved an apology from Josh for being rude when I called him to ask why he left.His reply was" you weren't out there". My reply,"I told you I would be right down,I had to lock my door. You shook your head OK." Then he left just as I was at the top of the stairs.HE WENT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS TO BEGIN WITH THEN AFTER ARRIVING @ THE CORRECT ADD. HE DID NOT EVEN GIVE ME THE 1 MINUTE TO LOCK MY DOOR & GET DOWNSTAIRS.IFEEL I AM DUE A REFUND OF THE $5 CANCEL FEE. JOSH(driver) WAS LATE.,.,NOT ME. HELP W/THIS WILL BE APPRECIATED.
