(1)drver @ Wrong Add(2)arr.right Add.(3)waited 1 Min Left W/o Me.(4)pay For2cars

Called,ordered car. Gave all info asked for,name, p/u address, dest.address. phone # cc.# , promo #(GPLAYUS). Then the problems started: 1) driver went to wrong address.somehow the address got changed from 4626 to 4624. When I entered all info I checked and double checked for accuracy. Was correct when I finally sent the request for a Uber Transportation vehicle. 2) Saw prompt to "call driver". When I called he said he was sitting out front,had blown the horn and was waiting. I asked where he was and he replied " 4624 Southern Pkwy " I.told him he had wrong address & gave him correct one"4626". Said he would be right there. Told him alright. (3)Approx. 1 to 2 min. later he pulled into our parking lot,rolled the passenger window down and called out my name. I said "yes,I will be there in about 2 min. I have to lock up." I then came in got my glasses keys and purse, walked out closed & locked my door,turned around and asked my neighbor who was standing there in the lot where he went. She said he just pulled off.I saw his car approx. 1/4 block away. (4) I called him and asked why he had left& he replied "you weren't out here" Reminded him that I had just told him that I would be right back out that I had to lock up.Then I asked him "AM I GOING TO HAVE 2 PICK UPS CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD? He said " I DON'T KNOW,PROBABLY,SINCE YOU WEREN'T OUTSIDE WAITING WHEN I.GOT THERE LIKE YOU WERE SUPPOSED TO.BE." I TOLD HIM,WELL, YOU WEREN'T AT THE CORRECT ADDRESS IN THE FIRST PLACE, SO LOOKS LIKE BOTH OF US GOOFED UP DIDN'T WE. HE SAID "WELL, YOU WILL HAVE TO CONTACT UBER AND SETTLE IT WITH THEM " So that is what I am doing. I had not used your services before last evening, but you were recommended by a friend of mine who had a good experience, so I thought that I would give it a try. 1st. Driver, experience not so good. 2nd Driver, experience was excellent. She was very courteous, listened when I told her an easier, less traffic clogged route which was approx.same mileage as original GPS mileage. I think it came out to about 1mi.to 1 1/2 mi.longer distance. But, I could live with that. Thanks to her and her cooperation and all around courtesy when I am in need of transportation again, I am more likely to go on line and order Uber again.Now, one final question, WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED TWICE FOR THIS FIASCO ON THE EVENING OF THURSDAY,OCTOBER 15,2015 #1. First Call to original driver Josh @1917hrs. Was @WRONG ADDRESS. #2.Second Call to Josh @ 1927 hrs. This was AFTER he got to the correct address and then after seeing me and me telling him I would be right back I had to lock up and then him leaving me because( his words) " you were not down there" Now,mind you when my neighbors from downstairs asked him if he was looking for someone he said" yes, I'm here to pick her up" and pointed up at me, as I came out the door and was locking it. I walked to the steps at the end of the porch(approx. 6ft.) just in time to see him pull out on Woodlawn Ave. I immediately called him, ask him " where are you going?" To which he replied," you weren't down there like you were supposed to be, so I left.You are supposed to be outside waiting. Told him "I was but YOU were at the wrong address". He said," well I'm gone now,so you will have to call for another car." That was when I asked him if I was going to have to pay for another car and he said probably so, but you will have to "call Uber back and order another car and tell them what happened". I said " what is the number?" 'He said just call the same number you called before". I said " but I .......click....HE HUNG UP ON ME!!!SO, will I be charged for the run that Josh should have made had he come to the correct address in the first place and when I called him as requested and THAT error was corrected and he got to.the correct address and then pulled off after acknowledging that he heard me tell him I would be right back as soon as I locked the door(and as I said earlier on, there were 2 of my neighbors in the parkinglot that questioned him as to who or what he was looking for and when I said I would be right down as soon as I locked the door and he said he was to pick me up they said ok and went on towards their apts. Then as I was at the top of the stairs starting to come down,& I said where did he go, they both said, he just pulled off.I looked up just in time to see him pull out on to Woodlawn going back east. Thus that brings me back to where we are right now....IS MY CREDIT CARD GOING TO BE CHARGED TWICE FOR THE TRIP FROM MY HOME AT PLEASE ADVISE ME OF WHAT IS GOING TO BE DONE PERTAINING TO THIS MATTER.THANK YOU FOR YOUR ATTENTION TO THIS MATTER.Could you possibly furnish me with a phone number for your office (s).
