Do I Pay Tax
Hi, I am Jeremy and I would like to work with Uber in becoming a driver. My concern is, Do I pay tax to federal or state on every amount that I make? How does the taxes work If I do pay or if I don't?

As an independent contractor you'd have to pay taxes on your income, which Uber would report to you annually with a 1099 form. You'd report this income on your federal tax return and, if applicable on your state return.
