What If I'm Not Home When Usps Arrives?

Hi I live overseas and my us online vendor has arranged an International Priority mail to be delivered to my home. Is their any way I could arrange the USPS to call my cell phone once they will reach my home so I can drive from my office and receive the package? I've been trying to reach their online live chat but have no success.   Thank you   Luis F. Asteguieta
