Help Reprogramming Mx-900 Universal Remote Control

I have this remote and it was set up and programmed about 7 years ago by a professional. I do not have paperwork. It worked fine until we replace the batteries this time. Now it just displays "LOADER" at the top and "MX 900" at the bottom and blank but illuminated screen between. Please advise on how to make this remote operational.
