Setting My Account-when I Put In Email Address, It Says Taken-how?i'm Stopped

Am setting up  a new twitter account, at final step, entering my email address, it says my address is already taken. How is that possible.

You have either previously registered to Twitter before and just not remember, or someone mistakingly typed in your email address when creating theirs which is highly unlikely. What you need to do is simple. Just go to either yahoo or gmail, and make a new email address and then just used that one when you sign up. Problem solved.
