Three Twitter Accounts Liked To One Yahoo.com Email Address

Though I've had this set up for months (3 Twitter accounts w same email address), when I tried to login this morning, it wouldn't accept my password. When I tried to use the update password procedure, Twitter sent message to the email, but it was not the Twitter account I wanted to update. If I delete the two seldom-used Twitter account, will it damage my main account, which has 45,000 Tweets & >2000 followers?
