Transfer Amended Tax Information

I filed an amended tax for 2011 due to an error. How do I transfer the data to my 2012 turbo tax to file? It automatically carried over my original 2011 file,

You don't. They are considered two separate returns. If you merged them, you would be destroying the record of what you originalled filed with the IRS, and that could get you in trouble if you ever needed to refer to it.
