Still Get Schedule M Error Code 1132 Schedule M( Irs Reject But Correct Per Irs

There is a link on the after the reject where you can check if you did receive the recovery money and i did not yet still rejects???? What is it? Hate to have to ask them for my money back but apparently this is common. Has anyone heard of a fix or workaround
