I Am Recieving An Error Code 21238948011 When Trying To Complete My Alabama Stat

I am unable to complete my Alabama state return because I keep getting an error code. It comes when reviewing return and requires answer to question "Do you have income claimed on Federal Return not claimed on Alabama?" When selection is made and click on "Cont" button this error pops up and after sending report to Intuit the session closes. So far this continues to happen everytime I try to complete even after a week has passed from the first report. If this is not going to be fixed so I can complete the Alabama return, I want my $41.55 back!!!!!

You can follow these steps to get past this error:

When going through Error Check, DO NOT enter the correction during the interview.
Make a note of the form and line number that the Error Check is referencing
Click on the Forms button at the top right of TurboTax
Once in Forms mode, locate the form listed on the left under the state of Alabama
Click on the form to open
find the line number referenced in the interview, it should have a pink highlight
Make your entry here on the form
Now click on the Step by Step button at the top right of TurboTax
You can run error check again and should have no errors
You can now go through the Print and File section to complete and file your return.
