Installation Errors

upon running setup.exe, receive MS Visual C++ error per turbotax troubleshooting guidelines, used selective startup mode and ran again received another error message saying it could not execute installation last year had to get a download version to install. how do i do that, unless you have other recommendation. cust #: 7103014293 order#: QSTW04655082412 REF #: 14045762928013064276
