After Inserting Cd A File Appears With No Instructions. What Next?
I have an e-machine 4010 with one gig of memory. I inserted the CD for TurboTax Premier Federal and State return into CD-ROM drive and clicked on Start, then Run and then OK. A file then appears entitled CWINDOWS\system32\cmd.exe with no instructions, or icons. What to I do to continue with installation?
