Appearing Twice State Return

I added only one state for state return but the same is appearing twice . WHEN I ATTEMPT TO DELETE ONE BOTH DELETED. in this case if i complete file will it be twice ? or will it be ok?

I had the same problem. I went to Personal Information and there is a place where it asks if you made income in states other than "the present state" and "prior state". I had previously put "yes" to that question. But I read the question in a haste, the answer should be "no" and this solved the problem of state tax appearing twice in turbo tax. Hope it helps.
