State Return
I bought turbo tax deluxe from best buy and I am suppose to get a state return with this. When I go to file it takes me to a window to buy a copy. What is up with that?

Possible causes include:
- You may have accidentally designated the wrong state as your free state, and now TurboTax is asking for payment on the additional state program.
- You purchased TurboTax at a store in Alaska, Florida, Nevada, South Dakota, Texas, Washington, or Wyoming, which do not collect income tax, and your TurboTax version doesn't contain a free state program.
- The title of the Let's Complete Your Purchase Online screen in TurboTax 2011 is confusing you.
