Efiling Of Turbo Tax

B4 EFILE I GET THE MESSAGE THAT THE PROGRAM NEEDS TO BE UPDATED. WHEN I TRY TO UPDATE IT TELLS ME THAT THE PROGRAM IS UP TO DATE. FURTHER AS DIRECTED I HAVE UNINSTALLED AND REINSTALLED TURBO TAX WITH THE SAME RESULT. PLEASE ADVISE ME AS TO WHAT I AM TO DO TO GET THIS THING WORKING.
