Alternative Minimum Tax Form 6251

Does Turbo Tax allow you to run alternative minimum tax form 6251? If yes, would we need to buy the premium turbo tax for a Mac computer or could we do this on the regular Turbo tax?

Yes, TurboTax supports the alternative minimum tax. Moreover, if you use TurboTax's online version, you don't pay anything until you're ready to file. You can choose the premium grade or any other grade you might choose, and you can upgrade during preparation if you choose.
