How To Replace The Starter Rope.

The starter rope of my TB575 EC has come off of the starter housing assembly (spool) and is rapped around the shaft beneath (Spacer assembly/) How do I remove the clutch assembly and starter assembly to re-wrap the rope? Is a special tool required?Thank YouPat Rowe
