Troy-bilt 31ah64q4711 (2012) Storm 2840 Snowblower Runs Rough & Gas Leak @ Carb

I have a Troy-Bilt 31AH64Q4711 (2012) Storm 2840 Snowblower gas leak @ carb. Removed carb, cleaned thoroughly, replaced all gaskets, reassembled, started 1st pull however still runs rough & still leaks @ carb by gas line intake. Do I need to replace carb to fix rough running, like it is repeatedly gasping for air, and the gas leak??? Advice / recommend please...
