Lower Drive Belt Issue,

I replaced the lower drive belt on my 2011 Bronco mower, cut the yard over an hour job parked the mower now it won't go when I put it in gear, I can't find a good photo of the underside to dee if I have the springs right but it worked perfect when I used it. Could a new belt stretch out that much from one use?
