I Booked Duplicate My Hotel Room
I made a big mistake that I booked my hotel room duplicate First reservation :HRS PROCESS NUMBER ; Second reservation ; HTS PROCESS NUMBERPlease help me to cancell the duplicate September 28, 2015 hotel room nightThank you very much

As you may know, you didn't book through Trivago but through an associated "booking site." So your first action should be to communicate with that site. You can if necessary turn for help to Trivago. See the contact information here: https://www.contacthelp.com/Trivago/customer-service

It seems your reservation was made with HRS. Here is a link to their contact page: https://hotelservice.hrs.com/portal/
I recommend contacting them to cancel the duplicate booking.
