How To Register New Email Without Logging With Old Defunct One.

I have been registered for some years with a previous hotmail address which was closed due to hacking. TripAdvisor's 'Change my email address' & 'Contact us' lead only to a login which rejects both my present gmail as well as my old hotmail address. I am only able to write a review now by registering as a new member, which is very annoying as I still have previous acknowledged reviews on the TripAdvisor. This catch 22 situation should be remedied. Surely it should be possible to get round this. A genuine contact service should be provided. The irony is that I regularly receive emails from TripAdvisor using my first name - and my new registration reads 'Welcome back, Alan'
