My Recent Email Change Locked Me Out Of My Old Tripadvisor Account. Help!

I have been a TripAdvisor account reviewer since 2009. I am a Level 6 contributor with approx.300 reviews. I loved my TA account and used it often. When I notified TripAdvisor of my recent email change, I was somehow locked out of my old account and TripAdvisor started a new account for me at Level 1. I cannot access my old account. TA is treating me as a brand new user. I have tried everything to fix the problem. I followed your online instructions and even tried to merge the two exisiting accounts. I am unable to communicate with you. The website will not send my help requests when I click. I found the number 1 866 322 5942 online and called your business lister help center. I spoke to Martin. He told me that my old account was still sitting there and he would talk to one of his supervisors and see if the problem could be fixed. I gave him all my information (real name, user names, emails, passwords, etc. for both accounts. That was two days ago. Nothing has apparently been done. I have been a loyal reviewer since 2009. I can't bear the thought of losing all that work and all my reviews since 2009. Isn't there anything that TripAdvisor can do to help me? .net
