Question On Reservation
Today we made a reservation at the Intercontinental Bordeaux Hotel and called the Intercontinental phone number to check on the room. It was not in their system.Please advise me as to why this is the case and how we can best contact the hotel. The room was paid for and it says it is nonrefundable. We just want to confirm there is a KING bed in the room and not a double.Contact me asap after you check on this and perhaps it just didn't make it into their system yet but I need to know what is going on. Thank you
