How to reach a live person:
- Press 1 for English
  Press 4 at second menu
  Press 5 at third menu
Hours of Operation:
- This number appears to be available 24/7. Officially, 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. (USA, Eastern times). Actually, operators state that the lines are closed at 9:45 p.m. Open Monday through Saturday for assistance in resolving your account setup.
