Well Here I Am Again! Not Happy!

I would like to kindly like to say, I finally received my replacement phone and it was an older one. Alcatel 1460gp4. My phone I sent to them was a Alcatel ONETOUCH SONIC lte. It was much more expensive than the replacement phone and 5" touch screen, better Android, WIFI was separate from the phone, so there was not data usage. They told me the replacement phone would be a equivalent to my phone. It wasn't! So I called them they said yes they could see it was much lesser of a phone so they will send me another replacement phone equivalent to the Alcatel ONETOUCH SONIC lte. I still have not received the Fed Ex box yet so I can send back the phone they sent me. I have done everything Tracfone has asked me to do and Tracfone has done nothing they said they were going to do. I don't no why they treat there customers this way. I am sadden by them. I really believed what they said. I am disappointed in them. I do like there air time qualities. Sincerely,Charli64 :o(
