All Four Catalytic Converters, Both The Fronts & Rears On Each Side Went Bad

i need Catalytic Converters that are California state legal, but do not want to pay dealer price of 5 grand (including both air/fuel sensors & both left and right oxygen sensors ) Its a shame, that all the aftermarket Catalytic Converters, are legally for sale in the 49 other states ? I would settle to the 2007 FJ Crusier or similar car that uses the same exhaust of my: 2005 toyota tacoma 1GR-FE v6 4.0
