Front Turn Lights Defect

Toyota Tacoma 2009. Front turn lights got burnt. Changed by warranty.  They got burnt again and now is worst, the bulb heat broke the glass.  The dealer denies to change them again by warranty.  I understand that this is a manufacturing defect and they had to be replaced with parts without this defect.  I trust in Toyota's loyalty and expect an answer from you to resolve my issue.
