Car Did Not Go Through A Free Check Is It Stil Under Warrantee With 58000km

I bought FJ toyota 2009 as a second owner, the first owner did not go through the free check at 1000,5000 and so on. Now the gear or the auto transmition stop shifting, is the car still uner company warrantee or not thanks
