Both Ft Lwr Ctrl Arms & R/f Caliper Replaced, Etc.

Warr. finished on my 05 Camry (54,571 kms) in Oct. 09 and I asked that everything be checked thoroughly. When I went for check-up, etc, in Apr. 10, I was informed work had to be done which was estimated at $1579.59 (incl tax) (we settled on $1300. plus). Needless to say, I was (and not) happy about this. I am a female driver and put little miles on my car. My question is: Would there have been signs of this problem in Oct. 09 when my last check-up was done as I do "very little" driving during the winter months. It is time for the fall check-up but I am reluctant to return to the Toyota garage. I would appreciate an answer as soon as possible. With many thanks. Sue Beattie
