Misfire P0301 , P0303, P0304
My problems startet with an engine dying on me when there was a load,= up hill, and it smell gazoline. The garage diag my car and told me the ignition coil on cyl. 1 and 4 was broken and they replaced them. Next thing the orig. error was gone but a new one ocurred, P0113. They fixed the wire and my car is still bad. Now I have P0301, P0303, P0304 misfire. when idle, the engine seems to run fine. When driving, independed of rpm but when putting on load, the symptom is like it want to die. holding the speed pedal steady it might pick up again. This is like a nightmare. I tried to call toyota Norway but they would not talk to me. This is a 2004 corolla sport model 1812 and engine is 1.8L L4 F1 DOCH 16V. Produce may 2003 in California. I think the error code they are getting is what we call false positivs. But I need some advice what and where to look for. Every tips/ advice is received with a warm and gratefull heart.
