Tempture Blue Light

Just purchased a 2002 Toyota Echo and the tempture blue light goes on when we first start the car and goes off shortly after. Does this indicate there maybe a problem or is it normal?

Hello There, the ECHO has a blue temperature light, not as an engine condition per say, but the blue light means don't turn on the heat yet, the engine is cold, and all you'll get is cold air.

It's Perfectly normal, and there is no reason at all to worry
