No Power To Rear Wheels In 2wd

my landcruiser has no power to the rear wheels in 2WD but when I push the button to 4WD i have power. Also I'm not getting any power to the front wheels in 4WD, my front drve shaft just spins while I'm in 2WD but no power to rear wheels , what could be my problem
