Replacing Front And Rear Speakers - 2dr 96 Rav4

how do i replace the front speakers and rear speaker in my 1996 2 door Rav4?   I believe the Front Speakers require the removal of the door trim.  however am unsure as to the process of replacing rear speakers. thanks
