General Quotation On Rav4 1996 Two Doors

Hi There Every One i Joined Here Recently And I Bought Rav4 96 Model Auto Gear Only Yesterday. i Hope You Can Give Me Explanation For The Following Notices That I Took From My Car. 1- Ac Is Bit Cold Only When The Car Is Running, But Hot When It Stops. 2- I Tried To Put The Gear On L Position, And Then Startyed To Drive, Suddenly It Stopped And I Tried To Turn On Again But Many Times After I Start To Turn On It Turns Off Itself.  Then It Became Normal. if I Want To Change The Gear Oil , Which Oil Is Advised To Use?   thanks And I Appreciate Any Help
