Intenet Does Not Come Up For 3-4 Minutes After Wake-up

Intenet does not come up for 3-4 minutes after the ultrabook made to wake-up by pressing the power button. It is frustrating. I tried all possible ways to fix this, like delete temporary internet files, etc. Suggest some fixes so that I will not regret for having bought this piece. Thanks
